Radar Systems Holding
The “Radar Systems” Holding was created for the purpose of joint coordinated development and introduction of radar systems and electronic warfare assets, other military and civilian-use projects in accordance with the charters of the managing and companies-participants of the Holding, based on state-of-the-art achievements of science and innovative technologies.
The Radar Systems Holding is one of the leading organizations of the State Military-Industrial Committee of the Republic of Belarus, carrying out a unified state policy in the field of defense, development of the defense sector of the economy and military-technical cooperation of the Republic of Belarus with foreign states.
The Holding carries out a full cycle of work – from development to production and follow-up of operation of radar systems and electronic warfare assets. Projects of any complexity are carried out on a turnkey basis and include work from design to service and training of specialists.
The structure of the holding includes organizations with a long history, their own specialization, unique technologies and developments.
History
Apr. 1974
Creation of a special department at the Scientific Research Institute of Automation Means (Minsk) for solving problems of radar target recognition
1982
The department was awarded the USSR State Prize for the creation of radar recognition systems for air defense missile systems. Reorganization of the department into a special technical bureau with the status of the Lead developer of radar target recognition systems in the USSR
1989
Creation on the basis of the special technical bureau of an independent enterprise – Specialized Design Bureau “Kamerton”
2000
First export contract in the field of radar
9 Mar. 2006
Reorganization of SDB “Kamerton” by spinning off a separate enterprise from its structure – RUE “KB Radar”
2005
Completion of the development of the radar "Vostok"
28 Nov. 2005
First three Company’s products entered service with the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus
2001
First export contract in the field of electronic warfare

Obtaining the status of a Joint Stock Company (JSC “KB Radar”). 100% of the shares are owned by the by the Government
